Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote (Must work PST or EST hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale fast. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, working closely with internal teams and tech clients to identify top-tier candidates. We’re looking for someone who brings hands-on staffing experience—ideally from a large recruiting firm—along with the confidence to conduct technical interviews and manage multiple roles at once.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles

  • Own high-volume pipelines and keep requisitions filled across multiple departments

  • Conduct technical interviews to screen for role-specific capabilities and cultural fit

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and tech clients to align on hiring needs and expectations

  • Engage with candidates at every stage of the process to create a seamless experience

  • Maintain accurate records using ATS and sourcing platforms

  • Help optimize recruiting processes and share ideas for continuous improvement

What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from a large staffing agency

  • Strong foundation in technical recruiting and confidence in conducting technical interviews

  • Experience supporting tech clients and understanding their hiring needs

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfort working with ATS tools and sourcing platforms

  • Ability to work PST hours at least a few days per week
