Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen & Select: Manage incoming resumes, conduct comprehensive screenings, and facilitate interviews to identify top candidates.
  • Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with hiring managers to recommend candidates and negotiate competitive compensation packages.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills in English; a secondary language is a plus.
  • Experience & Education: Minimum two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS and HRIS tools.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.
