Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Business Consulting with expertise in Oracle OTM, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing business consulting projects, focusing on optimizing and implementing Oracle OTM solutions to meet organizational needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in transportation management systems and a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Architect, support, configure, and implement Oracle OTM modules while producing documentation for configurations and process flows
Tailor OTM solutions to meet specific organizational requirements, including refining existing needs or eliciting new requirements
Guide users on application operations, transportation management processes, and administration
Develop test scripts, manage test data, and document testing results

Requirements

Extensive experience in architecting, supporting, configuring, and implementing OTM modules. Ability to create documentation for configuration and process flows is required
Proficient in tailoring OTM to meet specific organizational needs, including the ability to digest existing requirements or elicit and refining requirements for OTM solutions and integrations
Ability to guide users on application operation, administration, and transportation management processes. Process definition and refinement expertise is a benefit

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$155,000 - CA$165,000.
