We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing Sales team!
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners. The BDM will drive wellness program sales through a multi-channel approach including brokers, resellers, and B2B. They are responsible for nurturing sales leads that are populated through internal marketing campaigns, sourcing outbound leads, and qualifying interested prospects. The BDM will generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and expand relationships with benefit consulting firms and wellness industry partners, resulting in securing contracts with new clients and supporting the overall growth of Wellworks For You.

This position requires an approachable, flexible and motivated employee, with a positive attitude and the ability to fulfill deliverables quickly and has a history of meeting and exceeding quotas. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and growing broker and partner relationships and achieving all sales and pipeline goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role and its total compensation package is designed for “Go-Getters.” You’ll have a competitive base salary of up to $80,000 base, but the real excitement lies in the unlimited commission structure.

Base salary is commensurate with location and experience, plus a performance-based commission plan. Total compensation is designed to reward high achievers.
