Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a talented Digital Marketer with expertise in Paid Ads and Digital Strategy to join their dynamic team. Our client is a fast-growing company in the clean energy industry, recognized for their innovative solutions and commitment to sustainability. They have successfully expanded their market reach and optimized digital campaigns to drive significant growth in recent years.

This is a part-time, 100% remote role with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team while contributing to impactful marketing strategies.


Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize Google Search and Meta Ads campaigns, including structure, ad copy, creative assets, targeting, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor and enhance lead quality while reducing cost-per-lead (CPL) through data-driven optimizations.

  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.

  • Conduct weekly performance analysis and provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements.

  • Collaborate on growth initiatives such as influencer marketing, paid content distribution, and A/B landing page testing.

  • Propose and prioritize new growth experiments to scale marketing efforts effectively.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads (Google & Meta) and campaign strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

  • Excellent written and spoken English (fluency required).

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred
