Job Description

Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide comprehensive recruitment, support and coordination. This role demands proficiency in both Canadian and US recruiting practices and will be instrumental in generating reports, managing internships, and advancing inclusion initiatives within the Montreal office. You will be responsible for providing seamless recruitment support to hiring managers, encompassing sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding, with an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding service to both hiring managers and candidates. Responsibilities

Client Experience:  Prioritize our clients, whether they are hiring managers, interview teams, or candidates. We strive to go above and beyond in communicating and fostering a collaborative environment throughout the recruitment process 

Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the requirements and recruitment strategies for new and replacement positions, effectively managing the entire recruitment process.

Reporting:  Assist in maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Internship Coordination: Coordinate internship programs, providing support and guidance to interns to ensure a successful experience.

Inclusion Efforts: Assist in initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, collaborating with the inclusion team to align strategies with organizational goals.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates from application through onboarding. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process, actively seeking and monitoring feedback to enhance the candidate’s journey and demonstrate our commitment to excellence.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Canadian and US recruiting practices. • Strong understanding and experience creating recruiting metrics and data analysis.
  • High level of emotional intelligence for navigating teams, hiring managers, and candidates in a respectful and meaningful way while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experienced in managing recruitment activities, such as administering internship programs and coordinating diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Must have experience with MS Office (Excel, MS Word, PPT)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven background in collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in recruitment ATS and tools.

Desired Competencies

  • Prefer experience working with AI tools
  • Prefer bilingual in English and French

The base pay for this position ranges from $56,250/year CAD to $80,00/year CAD within any geographic market in Canda. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, bonus, commission, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
