MCR Media Group is an international company specializing in online IQ tests, brain training platforms, and digital product marketing. We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in either Paid Social advertising or Google & Native Ads, to drive user acquisition and scale our digital products globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across:

    • Paid Social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat) or

    • Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube) and Native ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent)

  • Run A/B tests across creatives, ad formats, landing pages, and audience segments

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content (copy, visuals, video)

  • Analyze performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and implement data-driven optimizations

  • Generate regular reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in your respective ad platforms

  • Work closely with product, analytics, and design teams to align marketing with business goals

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in user acquisition through:

    • Paid Social advertising (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) or

    • Google Ads and Native platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain, MGID)

  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize performance marketing funnels

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs like CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV

  • Proficiency with relevant ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, native DSPs)

  • Experience with A/B testing and creative/audience experimentation

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote team
