Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with our Tech and Product leaders. A trusted advisor with sharp instincts, curiosity, and the drive to turn hiring into a competitive advantage. Someone who loves the chase, thrives on impact, and knows how to spot talent that raises the bar.

This is a full-cycle role. You’ll own everything from briefing to onboarding. Sourcing is core to how you operate, not just a task on your to-do list. You’ll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech and Product, work closely with Hiring Managers, and help us hire smarter, faster, and more inclusively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive hiring across our Tech and Product orgs in Spain and Poland, helping us build high-impact teams that move healthcare forward.

  • Lead smooth, end to end processes, from intake and outreach to offer and onboarding

  • Act as a true partner to Hiring Managers, bringing insight, challenge, and clarity to the process

  • Ensure new joiners feel at home from day one with meaningful onboarding

  • Turn data into action. Identify where your pipeline slows down, spot patterns early, and experiment with smarter ways to boost both speed and quality.

  • Deliver a candidate experience that feels human, thoughtful, and aligned with our values

  • Lead or contribute to projects that push our hiring forward, whether it’s automation, inclusive practices, or employer branding

Qualifications
  • Proven experience hiring across Tech, Product, Design, or Data. You understand the nuances of these profiles and know what great looks like

  • Talent partnering is your craft. You don’t just recruit, you advise, influence, and help leaders make better hiring decisions

  • You think beyond filling roles, adding structure, insight, and trusted guidance throughout the hiring process.

  • You care deeply about candidate experience and use feedback and data to make it better every time

  • You’re a creative sourcer. LinkedIn is just one tool in your kit, not the whole strategy

  • You’re comfortable with AI tools and know how to use them responsibly to boost your productivity without losing the human touch

  • Fluent in English and confident working async in a remote-first, fast-moving environment

  • Naturally curious and bold. You ask questions, test ideas, and push for progress

Additional Information

True flexibility and work-life balance

  • Remote or hybrid work model with or hub in Warsaw;
  • Flexible working hours
  • 20/26 days of paid time off (depending on your contract);
  • Additional paid day off on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate).

Health comes first

  • Private healthcare plan with Signal Iduna for you and subsidized for your family.
  • Multisport card co-financing for you to have access to sports facilities across Poland.

We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our hiring process, and also every day at work. When you apply for our roles you receive equal treatment regardless of age, disabilities, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or parental status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or any other dimension of human difference.  If you require additional support in your recruitment process, we kindly encourage you to let us know. Behind those words you’re reading, there’s a person (hi!) who already helped a candidate by adapting the interviews, and now we’re lucky to have this person with us. So, even if you’ve never asked for it before, may this serve as a sign that, now, you can do so. We can only truly be equal if we adapt to each other.

“We believe all humans, in all their beautiful diversity, should have equal rights, dignity and respect. Period.” Mariusz Gralewski,  CEO
