The Senior Technology Solutions Professional drives technical solutions and collaborates with various support teams to remediate application/service disruptions and performance issues. The Senior Technology Solutions Professional's typical work assignments involve issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors.

The Senior Technology Solutions Professional ensures seamless production operations by maintaining systems, resolving issues, and proposing solutions that best support the product and market support teams in a dynamic environment. This role will partner with both internal and external teams. Work is performed without direction & exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role will be part of the new Product Support Team for Clinical Medicaid Operations.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and coordinate to resolve system issues promptly.
  • Root Cause Analysis, Establishing and monitoring SLAs, & ticket creation/tracking
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (internal and external) on complex issues to ascertain a viable technical and/or business approach to problems
     

Additional Duties: On an as-needed basis, the role may also require the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring all interfaces (Batch and API) between our Clinical Application and external systems
  • Provides analysis, awareness, and collaboration on solutions where appropriate.
  • Providing emergency support
  • Assisting with system upgrades or integrations

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Clinical Operations/Application Management and/or Production Support

  • Experience with SharePoint & Requirements Management Software (Jira Align / Azure DevOps)

  • Experience in building and implementing new processes from ground up

  • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams

  • Role will work on EST time zone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medicaid experience

  • Proficient knowledge on release management operations and able to provide solutions where multiple development cycles are impacted

  • Comprehensive knowledge of working in PowerBI or similar reporting software

  • Experience in working with outside software vendors (particularly problem/incident resolution)

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$97,900 - $133,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
