What you'll be driving:

Support Vay teams (Engineering, HR, Legal, Security & more) with day-to-day IT needs.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware to keep everything running like clockwork.
Manage internal network services and critical IT tools.
Set up and manage user accounts, especially in Google Workspace and Atlassian products.
Automate IT processes to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
Jump in on helpdesk efforts—solving problems with applications, services, and equipment quickly.
Keep internal IT documentation sharp, clear, and up-to-date for everyone to use.

What are we looking for:

Currently studying for a bachelor's or master's in Computer Science or a related field.
You love solving problems and getting to grips with new tools and systems quickly.
You’re organized, communicative, and thrive in independent work.
Comfortable working across both Windows and macOS (bonus if you dabble in Linux).
Solid basic knowledge of networking software, hardware, and protocols.
A proactive mindset and good communication skills.

Nice to have:

Exposure to network security concepts.
Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools.
Previous startup experience or a general excitement about startup culture.
