Minimum 2 years proven experience in a simpler marketing assistant profile. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Basic understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and tactics, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Core responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline. Coordinate campaign logistics, such as scheduling, content creation, asset management, and distribution, to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement. Create and curate content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials. Assist in content development processes, such as writing copy, designing graphics, editing videos, and formatting documents, to align with brand guidelines and messaging. Maintain content calendars, schedules, and repositories to organize and manage marketing assets effectively. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for market positioning and differentiation. Gather data, analyze trends, and create reports to track market performance, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
