As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support a key area of our business operating a national network of radiopharmacies. In this role, you will serve as a consultative partner to the business, driving end-to-end recruitment tactics and delivery that align with the company’s workforce planning and growth objectives. This is a high-impact role that requires strong business acumen, recruiting expertise, and a proactive mindset to attract and hire top talent across a range of roles, from pharmacy operations to specialized technical functions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Position Scoping: Partner with hiring managers to define and design roles that align with business objectives, including scope, responsibilities, level, and success metrics.
  • Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and extend them to selected candidates, through offer negotiation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners (as needed) to understand hiring needs and industry trends.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes follow relevant laws and regulations.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in a consultative or business-partnering capacity, specifically in high volume recruitment, required
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or similar industries strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) – Paylocity or Greenhouse a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for talent and operational excellence
  • Understanding of legal and compliance issues related to recruitment in the United States
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
