We’re looking for a Project Analyst to support strategic initiatives focused on CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. In this role, you will assist the team in the execution and follow-up of high-impact deliverables—always with a strong focus on the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of CX projects focused on CCaaS solutions, acting as a link between the technical team and clients.
  • Conduct initial requirement gathering with stakeholders, organizing information for the responsible teams.
  • Monitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with defined project scope.
  • Identify potential risks and support the team in developing action plans.
  • Track performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the preparation of progress reports.
  • Contribute to client relationship management by helping maintain clear and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and teamwork to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an analyst or assistant in project areas, PMO, or agile team support.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of CCaaS solutions or Customer Experience projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Sprinklr or other CX tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing).
  • Strong organizational skills, proactiveness, and good interpersonal communication.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is desirable.

Job Details:

  • Location: This is a remote position. Candidates can be based anywhere, as long as they are available to work within a time zone similar to IST (Indian Standard Time).
  • Type of Employment: Independent Contractor | No visa is required!
