The HRIS Associate will provide support for our Workday HR system environment. This position will be responsible for overall system configuration, performance, and maintenance, including maintaining HR data, ensuring information security, testing updates, troubleshooting, and improving process efficiency.
Who You Are:Bachelor’s degree is required.2+ years Workday experience is required in two or more of the following Workday modules: Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Talent Management.Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other specialized business applications software.Must possess the following: good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other business areas and government agencies as required, presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management, and planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments, read and interpret complex reports and documents, and assimilate and interpret various sources of data while providing recommendations to executive management and making decisions in order to solve highly complex problems from start to finish.What You'll Do:Maintain and administer Workday and other systems supporting the HR function. Perform mass data cleanup and auditing to ensure data integrity, data entry, adds, changes, and overall system maintenance. Generate reports for various business needs. Participate in cross-functional projects.Recommend policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity. Provide oversight for Learning Management System, ensuring content is continually refreshed and relevant in order to meet on-demand training needs Lead the creation of on-line learning paths based on competencies and skill sets and continually promote self-learning to the firm Ensure onboarding practices are effectively designed and implemented to promote efficient integration and accelerated impact Conduct assessments to determine ongoing and changing training and development needs of the firm. Recommend and implement new learning strategies based on assessment outcomes and leadership feedback. Perform other duties as assigned.#LI-JS1
