Description

The Director of Demand Generation drives revenue growth through strategic marketing operations, demand and lead generation, and content strategy. This role leverages digital content and channels—web, social, email, SEO, and paid media—to enhance brand visibility, nurture prospects, and accelerate pipeline development. The role works closely with sales, enterprise portfolio, revenue operations, and IT teams, to optimize digital marketing capabilities, ensure seamless technology adoption, and maximize marketing ROI. This position ensures effective execution of integrated marketing programs that deliver superior customer experience, improve qualified lead conversion, and drive business success. 

Requirements

· Develop and lead the marketing operations strategy, ensuring alignment with digital demand generation, customer experience vision, and key business outcomes and metrics.

· Oversee cross-functional planning and execution of email marketing, automation, SEO, digital content strategy, demand generation, and lead management processes.

· Incorporate business factors into strategies such as market, region, and customer segments.

· Drive accelerated growth—both organic and paid—across digital platforms, while leading new platform launch strategies and integrations.

· Manage website design and maintenance for quality, customer-centric digital experiences.

· Prioritize marketing process enhancements, technology implementations, and data-driven improvements based on strategy, continuous discovery, and business impact.

· Champion new technologies and tools to increase content quality, quantity, and effectiveness.

· Define and monitor KPIs to measure the performance of marketing initiatives and enablement.

· Analyze and report on program and campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing efforts.

· Manage budgeting, resourcing, and employee allocation to maximize marketing ROI.

· Identify, design, and implement scalable processes for marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

· Partner with IT and RevOps to evaluate, select, and implement MarTech platforms and tools.


Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in marketing operations and digital campaign management.

· Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement processes and platforms.

· Design program plans and create promotional blueprints that align with platform capabilities.

· Ability to lead, design and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills optimizing marketing effectiveness.

· Implemented demand and lead generation campaign and content management platforms.

· Strong communication skills, including effective presentation, reporting, and negotiation.

· Proven champion of AI tools and techniques for written and visual content creation.

· Experience planning and managing annual budgets, contracts, and 3rd party agencies.


Preferred Skills

· Experience with B2B marketing and technology industry, or related field.

· Basic design skills with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

· Experience with internal and external brand and digital asset management platforms.

· Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other website management, analytic and SEO tools.

· Basic data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.

· Reports to: VP of Marketing

· Supervisory position

Salary Description
$140,000 - $155,000
