Job Summary

The Client Success Manager is responsible for the growth and relationship management of assigned client (lender) accounts. In this position, the Client Success Manager is the main point of contact for lender interactions and provides both strategic and tactical leadership, including business development, performance management, and oversight of project implementation on behalf of clients. You will be the client advocate and business process expert within Inovatec, helping to ensure the rest of the organization delivers high-quality client experiences.

We also want to check in periodically and see how things are coming along and report back to Inovatec what the successes and opportunities are, so we can improve as a strategic partner.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with the key Lender personnel
  • Provide leadership by supporting Lender platform planning and aligning Inovatec's and Lender's objectives 
  • Monitor & Report on how well Inovatec is performing for clients, including regular business reviews, platform reporting and analysis and ongoing support.
  • Analyze and report on client's business to deliver insights and business intelligence to internal and external stakeholders, 
  • Identify key trends in industry and client performance and report externally/internally
  • Monitor overall project performance metrics in coordination with Inovatec 's product and project management teams 
  • Monitor support metrics in coordination with Inovatec's technical support team
  • Act as client subject matter expert on clients’ business use of Inovatec solutions and partners
  • Act as client advocate across the organization to deliver a high-quality experience to clients 
  • Be aware of new product rollouts and facilitate client training and onboarding
  • Drive additional revenue opportunities with clients through additional systems, strategic initiatives, partner integrations, etc.

 

Skills & Requirements: 

  • Technical/engineering background preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize 
  • Strong visual presentation skills, and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to travel as needed for clients face-to-face meetings (U.S. and Canada)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Communications or similar)
