This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri 7 AM- 4 PM (MST) includes 1h unpaid break

This role combines the satisfaction of making healthcare more accessible with the earning potential of performance-based sales in a expanding market.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to medical weight loss clinics across target markets
  • Present pharmaceutical pricing solutions and cost-saving opportunities to clinic decision makers
  • Explain product offerings, pricing advantages, and value propositions to medical professionals
  • Provide clinic contacts with offer codes and direct links to pharmaceutical solutions
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings for senior sales team
  • Follow established scripts while adapting communication style to different clinic types
  • Maintain professional communication standards when facing objections or rejections
  • Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of clinic interactions

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with strong track record in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation activities
  • Ability to handle rejection, objections, and challenging conversations professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with medical professionals
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation structure
  • Previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales preferred
