Role Overview

You will be responsible for researching, testing, and implementing AI-driven, no-code (and perhaps some low-code) solutions that address real agency and client challenges. This includes everything from setting up simple automation workflows to configuring cloud server environments for emerging AI tools that enable the wider company to experiment with. You’ll collaborate with management and other teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.



Responsibilities:


After taking time to understand the business, its clients and working with the MD to understand the challenges and opportunities, you will be responsible for:

  • No-Code / Low-Code Development: Explore and evaluate platforms like Lovable,Builder.io, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • AI & Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, N8N, and other similar services.
  • Basic DevOps: Deploy and manage virtual servers or containerized environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, and emerging cloud solutions).
  • Solution Research & Prototyping: Investigate new AI, no-code, and automation tools. Build proof-of-concept demos to show potential benefits.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management to gather requirements, provide updates, and share best practices or new ideas.
  • Documentation & Training: Document procedures, workflows, and findings. Provide basic training or guidance to internal teams on new tools.
  • Documenting and sharing on blog & socials: This experimentation and implementation will be - so AI tools that can support documentation of this ongoing experimentation, in a way that demonstrates the agency's commitment to this game-changing technology in a way that can generate interest and even leads, will be required.

Requirements

Education:

  • Formal qualifications in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) are preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is welcome.
  • Business and marketing sense is a definite plus here

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Builder.io, Lovable, Bubble, Zapier alternatives)
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and concepts (ChatGPT, emerging LLMs, etc.)
  • Some experience with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean) for deploying applications and handling DevOps tasks
  • Ability to create and manage automation workflows (Make.com, N8N, etc.)

Portfolio:

  • Demonstrable projects or a portfolio showcasing no-code or low-code builds, automation, or integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for liaising with management and potentially wider agency stakeholders
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment with new technologies
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
