As Cognyter you’ll make an impact on:

  • Lead and manage a team of Value Realization Experts (Product Experts) in the field of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
  • Your team and yourself will mater the product and OSINT methodology capabilities and must demonstrate to customers quality results within the system in the field of OSINT.
  • Lead training activities to our customer base worldwide. Design, manage, and deliver training programs and methodological workshops to our customer base and to internal stakeholders.
  • An integral part of the Product House, your team will lead system’s beta testing, validating new features, and ensuring they are fully operational, user-ready, and aligned with customer needs before release
  • Oversee the design and execution of tailored onboarding, and support programs to maximize customer value and retention
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to maximize account growth
  • Ensure tracking and analysis of customer usage metrics to monitor adoption, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately drive decisions based on these metrics that enhance product value and customer satisfaction
  • Foster collaboration between your team, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and raise the needs for new features. 

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a software company in a managerial role. Proven ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and time frames.
  • Strong intelligence background with understanding in intelligence methodologies, preferred in the domain of OSINT
  • Experience in working with global governmental entities—engaging with stakeholders across all levels, from operational level to senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in working and training with end users – a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English (present, write materials)- a must. Strong knowledge of an additional language - a big plus (French is preferred)
  • Willingness for travel occasionally
