Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new relationships and fostering existing relationships for the branch office. This position organizes in person visits with future referral partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop client relationships with existing and new accounts.

  • Foster at least ten relationships per month.

  • Follow up with agents in the branch pipeline.

  • Develop client retention strategies and follow-up procedures.

  • Design and implement marketing and training strategies.

  • Maintain and develop CrossCountry Mortgage’s involvement with local charities and community groups.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or office management capacity in the mortgage industry, highly preferred.

  • Financial services experience, preferably in the mortgage industry.

  • Marketing and lead management knowledge.

  • Knowledge of human resources processes such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews and assisting in onboarding.

  • Basic accounting skills.

  • VOIP phone system and IT skills, such as setting up workstations for new employees.

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Pay Range:

  • Annual Salary: $50,000-$55,000
  • Eligible for bonus incentive
  • The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
