Role Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle hiring and help build scalable recruiting practices at 3Commas.io. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across teams, lead key searches, and shape the systems, tools, and standards that support our global growth. This role blends execution with strategy and offers high ownership in how we hire and grow talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Hiring

  • Lead recruitment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX, Commercial, and Operations
  • Source and engage passive candidates using advanced techniques
  • Define job briefs, hiring criteria, and scorecards with hiring teams
  • Run structured interviews with clear decision frameworks
  • Support both candidates and managers throughout the hiring funnel

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations

  • Design and document scalable hiring processes, SLAs, and metrics
  • Build and evolve a compelling company pitch and employer story
  • Launch and manage branding campaigns in partnership with Marketing
  • Select and implement TA tools (ATS, sourcing, assessments)
  • Introduce psychometric, technical, and cognitive assessments
  • Establish recruiter–hiring manager collaboration standards
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and evaluate performance
  • Develop training for interviewers and hiring managers

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and department leads
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance for compliant and efficient hiring
  • Track and report funnel metrics, KPIs, and project progress
  • Improve processes continuously through data and feedback

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced tech/startup environments
  • Proven success hiring across geographies and disciplines
  • Experience with TA tools, ATS systems, and process design
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with assessment platforms and branding strategies
  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building interviewer/hiring manager training programs
  • Background managing external recruitment vendors
  • Experience in remote-first, globally distributed teams
