  • Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies to generate demand and support sales pipeline growth in the DoD market.

  • Oversees events and tradeshows across the state of Texas, providing dedicated support to the sales team.

  • Support national public sector initiatives, including Rubrik’s public sector webinar series, the public sector newsletter, and marketing inventory coordination.

  • Plan and execute a mix of in-person and virtual events: roundtables, executive dinners, industry tradeshows, and partner-led engagements.

  • Partner closely with Federal and SLED Sales, Channel, and Partner teams to drive localized demand generation and awareness.

  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Content teams to optimize campaign execution, list management, and campaign reporting.

  • Manage the regional marketing calendar and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.

  • Use Salesforce and marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Splash) to track and report on campaign success, ROI, and pipeline contribution.

  • Own and track regional marketing budget and vendor relationships in collaboration with the broader marketing operations team.

  • Act as a regional marketing advocate and trusted partner, participating in Sales QBRs and supporting regular planning meetings.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Field or Public Sector marketing, with direct experience in Federal and/or SLED.

  • Proven ability to create and manage multiple concurrent programs, driving measurable business impact.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of the public sector buyer journey and experience building targeted, persona-based marketing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with key marketing technologies: Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, GSuite (experience with Tableau is a plus).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-starter, highly organized, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
