Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Estimator and Project Coordinator to support preconstruction and administrative efforts. This hybrid role combines light estimating tasks with day-to-day project coordination. You'll assist with drawing reviews, help prepare estimates, and keep project timelines and documentation on track. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with construction drawings, and proactive in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reading and interpreting construction drawings (e.g., site plans, utility layouts).
  • Support the estimating process with quantity takeoffs and cost documentation (training provided).
  • Coordinate schedules, communications, and documentation across project stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized files using Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks and progress tracking.
  • Learn and use estimating or CRM software tools as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry (field or office).
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Spanish language proficiency.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with estimating or CRM software.
  • Familiarity with U.S. construction practices or permitting.
