The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for leading user experience design for the Agiloft enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Drawing upon your curiosity, insight and expertise, you will work collaboratively with product management and engineering to creatively solve customer problems. The ideal candidate for this position will be solution-oriented, with passion for innovation, aesthetics, experimentation, and results. This individual will have with a strong track record for putting customers at the center of the design process and creating innovative product experiences that solve difficult problems in a way that users love.
Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute end-to-end product design, from initial research and discovery through final implementation.Champion user-centric design principles, advocating for clarity, accessibility, and efficiency in all interactions.Design and facilitate customer co-development and discovery workshops to uncover and understand customer problems, and ideate on solutions to those problemsCreate wireframes, flows, storyboards, and mockups to tell the customer’s storyRapidly iterate on high and low-fidelity prototypes to introduce, validate and refine product designsTranslate detailed business requirements, AI capabilities, and technical constraints into intuitive, WCAG-compliant user interfaces and workflows.Help bring new ideas to life by creating and communicating compelling, well-designed information architectures, interaction models, and visual designsLeverage modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC) and AI-tools to innovate and accelerate the design process.Produce user-personas, journey-maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, usability and accessibility compliance testing, and design documentation for development hand-offs.Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Data Science teams in an agile development environment.Design thoughtfully integrated AI features, ensuring transparency, user control, ethical responsibility, and usability.Conduct user studies and usability tests to continuously iterate and enhance designs.Contribute to our Design System to promote consistency and scalability.Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI, AI integration, ethical considerations, CLM, and modern enterprise SaaS design.Prioritizing user insights to drive data-driven design across CLM platform.Communicate effectively with the cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications5+ years in a User Experience, Information Architecture, or Interaction Design roleStrong track record in the creation of successful B2B productsExperience leading UX workshops using customer co-creation and design thinking approaches Experience building interface designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience designing complex interfaces and workflows, adhering to accessibility standards (WCAG).Leverage AI technologies for UX research, ideation, prototyping, and design processes.Experience leading user research, delivering insights, and applying findings to designs.Experience in working with distributed, multinational teamsWillingness to travel up to 10% of the time to conduct on-site customer workshops Preferred QualificationsExperience working with front-end web technologies (HTML , CSS, Javascript frameworks and libraries)Degree in HCI, Interaction Design or UX DesignExperience designing ERP, CRM, BPM, or legal technology solutionsExperience with Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Power BI, D3, Highcharts)Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace is our priority.
