Job description

Client Success Manager - Level 1
Location: Remote (preferably based in Texas)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time

About the Role:
InsideDesk is seeking a Client Success Manager - Level 1 to join our fast-paced startup. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a dental office (e.g., Office Manager, Billing Coordinator, etc.) who is ready to transition into a SaaS environment. While prior SaaS experience isn't required, a solid understanding of dental claims is essential to your success in this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to feedback and driving overall satisfaction
     
  • Onboard new accounts and guide clients through a smooth implementation process
     
  • Drive product adoption by understanding client workflows and offering tailored solutions
     
  • Identify client pain points and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
     
  • Partner with the Product team to suggest enhancements based on client insights
     
  • Monitor and analyze product usage to improve customer experience and engagement
     
  • Foster positive, professional interactions with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of dental claim collection experience (required)
     
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
     
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven mindset
     
  • Excellent project and time management skills
     
  • Ability to collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, Development)
     
  • Strong client-facing and presentation abilities
     
  • Familiarity with dental PMS systems (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
     
  • Prior experience as a Dental Office Manager is a plus
     
  • Excited by a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong learning curve
     
  • Eagerness to be coached and continuously improve
