Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 3 pm MDT to 12 pm MDT, Monday through Friday (5 am PHT to 2 pm PHT, Tuesday through Saturday).
  • The schedule for training will be 8 am MST to 5 pm MST (10 pm PHT to 7 am PHT) and will last one week to one and a half weeks.
Job Description
Our company provides pest control for customers in California, Washington, and Oregon. Our audit
team plays a key role to ensure all things are running smoothly within our company. We strive to provide
quality service and deliver happiness in everything we do.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and ready to learn to join our team. This position is fully
remote with paid training. We're looking to fill full time positions.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer or account-related discrepancies
  • Assess the status and performance of other employees and properly document findings
  • Provide support with billing processes, including an evaluation to ensure accuracy as well as adjustments to meet company needs
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Assist with special projects and generate reports as requested by management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
