This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM New York time

Responsibilities:
  • Create and curate engaging social media content that maintains our luxury brand aesthetic
  • Design professional marketing materials and graphics using Canva
  • Craft compelling newsletters featuring promotions, educational content, and skincare expertise
  • Manage and optimize our Google Business profile to enhance online visibility
  • Update website product listings and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to create content while preserving our unique brand voice
  • Handle appointment scheduling system updates and maintenance
  • Create and distribute templated client communications
  • Support social media advertising initiatives
  • Maintain operational records and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Research and implement SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with website team to ensure consistent product updates


Requirements

  • Available during US Eastern Time business hours
