About The Role

The DB Specialist US will update the database and ensure that databases are functionally monitored and backed up.

This person will work for the US Market and will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of 45+ professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments.



What You Will Do…

  • Manage the database by ensuring the availability and reliability of Accounts & Contacts information 
  • Profiling and finding new Accounts & Contacts based on B2B Target Criteria 
  • Add new companies from the US market to the CRM on a quarterly basis.
  • Regularly clean and update existing contacts in the CRM, focusing on the Americas market.
  • Create detailed reports on updated contacts to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare tailored lists for BDRs based on their specific requests and purposes, including outreach, follow-ups, and targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Marketing Assistant (US) to ensure alignment on goals, maintain clear communication, and track progress effectively.
  • Work within a structured schedule of 10:00–19:00 UA time


What You Will Bring…

  • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a big plus)
  • PC advanced user (MAC, Office Suite, Wordpress, Google suite)
  • Target and number-oriented
  • Experience with Social Media  and DB tool (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, hunter.io)
  • English intermediate or upper
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Data-oriented mindset
