Responsibilities:
Support development of the BOI program to achieve risk adjustment and revenue goals, drive clinical improvement and create market differentiation
Help define program and project requirements, design solutions, develop and oversee implementation plans, drive results and timelines, and resolve issues by course-correcting as necessary; engage across the organization to successfully drive this work
Lead planning, selection, contracting, implementation, and oversight of strategic vendor partners
Be accountable for continuous progress on project plans, milestones and timelines, and be willing to dig into messy issues as they arise
Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges while applying a risk-based framework to understand when and how issues should be escalated to gain quick resolution
Develop metrics (including key performance indicators) and reporting to show program- and project-level productivity, quality and overall impact to the organization; provide reporting to support financial forecasting, corporate goal development and tracking, and market-specific reporting needs
Supervise the operational deployment of the BOI program across markets and lines of business; Partner with local market leaders to ensure success at-scale
Use strong critical thinking and communication skills to build business cases for new initiatives
Help develop standardized operations across the company while tailoring market approaches as needed to meet local needs
Be an ambassador for the BOI program by communicating to internal and external stakeholders about the critical value of the program and about program-related changes or enhancements
Support relationships with health plan partners as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert in projects and initiatives
Work Experience:
5 years experience leading large-scale people, process, and technology projects, especially within healthcare delivery
Education:
Bachelor's degree

The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$121,625.00 - $139,000.00
