Didomi is looking for a structured and hands-on Strategic Projects Manager to own mission-critical, cross-functional initiatives that drive our growth and scale-up efforts. You will lead the execution of high-impact projects across business units — with a strong focus on post-merger integration (PMI), strategic transformation, and cross-departmental coordination.
In this role, you will act as a central orchestrator across teams including Product, Tech, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR. You’ll ensure that initiatives are planned, executed, and delivered on time and aligned with company goals. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and enjoys solving complex challenges through project leadership.
You will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities : Post-Merger Integration (PMI)Develop and execute a comprehensive integration playbook for newly acquired companies.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Product, Tech, People, and Customer Success.
Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and report on milestones and success metrics to stakeholders.
Strategic Project ManagementLead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Define project scopes, workstreams, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Establish clear governance, communication routines, and reporting to ensure alignment and transparency.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a key liaison between Product, Tech, Customer Success, Sales, and other departments.
Drive consistency and operational efficiency through best-in-class project management practices.
Requirements : Professional Experience5+ years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, M&A integration, or strategic operations in a tech environment.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong familiarity with change management, organizational alignment, and post-merger contexts.
Education & ToolsMaster’s degree from a top-tier institution; MBA is a plus.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Experienced with Notion (project management); knowledge of Miro (visual collaboration) is a plus.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Soft SkillsStrong curiosity and drive to understand complex topics and emerging technologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and execute in dynamic environments.
Highly structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
