Role: Deal Analyst

As a Deal Analyst within the Deal Operations function, you will act as a strategic advisor to the global Sales team, supporting deal structuring and improving operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for guiding deals through their lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Deal Desk, Pricing, and Systems teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce experience, process orientation, and a drive to influence scalable improvements.
Execute the client's Deal Operations global strategy aligned with Sales objectives.
Handle a fluctuating volume of tasks with consistency and accuracy.
Advise Sales on best practices for deal structuring and contract management.
Document processes and contribute to workflow standardization.
Work cross-functionally to improve policies, systems, and productivity.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage SFDC cases and help transition tasks effectively.
Minimum 3 years of deal support experience, preferably in tech/SaaS environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Cases.
Proven track record of managing manual and automated processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, and a data-driven approach.
Experience collaborating with sales, legal, and engineering stakeholders.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean organizations with defined SLAs.
Bachelor's degree.
Willingness to coach and upskill peers once onboarded.
Experience working under pressure during quarter-end close.
Ability to advise Sales on complex deal structures and sales workflows.
Comfortable with repetitive, manual tasks when required.
