What You Will Be Doing
 

Performance Optimization and Business Partnership

  • Serve as a key financial business partner to the executive and management teams for assigned segments.

  • Support the preparation of comprehensive forecasting and trend analysis reports.

  • Monitor performance indicators and identify trends to inform business leaders.

  • Investigate and explain material discrepancies to management and segment leaders.

  • Assist segment leaders in developing and managing budgets, comparing actual results to plan.

  • Contribute to cost model development to evaluate product- and department-level profit margins.

  • Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful ad hoc reports on financial and operational performance, as requested by management.
     

Corporate Financial Analysis and Planning

  • Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and analysis of potential targets.

  • Analyze pricing structures and pricing strategies for the company’s services.

  • Conduct profit margin analyses at the company, division, and project level.
     

Change Management Support

  • Drive the successful execution of accounting and finance-related projects.

  • Provide financial support to the CFO to inform strategic decisions and operational planning.
     

Quality and Standards

  • Understand and adhere to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Assist in developing and maintaining departmental policies and standards.
     

Collaboration and Contribution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues.

  • Seek opportunities to improve processes and add value to the department and organization.

  • Support colleagues in achieving shared goals.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
     

Technical and Industry Knowledge

  • Participate in relevant company-sponsored training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required

  • MBA / CPA a plus

  • 8+ years of progressive management experience in a financial planning and analysis environment required

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Previous experience with M&A transactions

  • Experience working with foreign currency accounting

  • Experience dealing with large data manipulation

  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to gather data needed for project completion

  • A strong initiative to take a new task and develop an organized plan to complete assigned projects

  • Strong to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Access required

  • Working knowledge of FDA regulations preferred

  • Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
