The role of New Business Development Executive- IT Staffing (Data Analytics) is to develop and grow the new client base in Boston and Greater New England area through high voltage outside sales activities and campaigns. This is a hunter role. This requires a passion for sales activity, consultative approach, opening and developing transformational relationship with IT Leaders and hiring managers in the local area. The objective would be to penetrate new client accounts from various industry verticals and Fortune 500 companies in the Greater New England area. A consistent growth in business with respective client accounts is expected to be maintained. Responsibilities include business contract negotiations, C & VP level presentations. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must be enthusiastic, quick starter and ability to work independently with less supervision.
Must be goal oriented and have the drive for outside sales
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT staffing
Ability to develop new business of $1 Million and above annually.
Must have experience in working with IT Leaders and hiring managers in the US.
Ability to work in a team.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Must be willing to travel on work as required. This job offers excellent salary, performance-based commissions and other standard benefits as per the company policy.
