Monitors system and application dashboards for anomalies as defined by the assigned IT Service Area. Understands and works on resolving problems in the areas monitored under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Operations Specialist. Fulfills services from the Service Catalog of the area(s) supported (Desktop, Server, ID Management etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES: Bachelor or Associates degree courses in Computer Science, Information Security, Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms. 2+ years of experience in IT operations. WORK EXPERIENCE: IT Operations 2+ years EDUCATION: Associates or Bachelors: Computer and Information Science (Preferred)
