Job description

Job Title: HR Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3- 6 Months with possibility of extension

About You:
This position will be a great fit for someone with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, setting timelines, holding people accountable and delivering projects on-time. Your leadership will help guide the completion of complex solutions created in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the point-of-contact for client leadership and technical teams to help define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms, methodology, policy, and regulations.
  • Lead the assigned team through the development of a project plan deliver the identified solution and produce expected planning documentation
  • Monitor complex projects on an ongoing basis - evaluating progress, quality, budget and delivery timelines
  • Manage resource plan and identify resource risks or blockers.
  • Capture meeting minutes and actions items. Distribute action items as required and manage to completion.
  • Communicate project status to clients, management, and partners as appropriate.
  • Provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness.
  • Be a scheduling wizard
  • Support process flow between teams

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Atlassian suite knowledge (Jira and Confluence)
  • 5+ years of related experience: managing projects and teams, working with tight deadlines and handling potential escalations
