Job description

 Location   Ottawa, ON. (remote)  
 Language   English required  
 Security Clearance   Secret (Level II) / Enhanced Reliability 
 Duration  6 -12 months (min.) 


Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide support and specialization in 'issues coordination' for a key technology transformation project.

The incoming resource will be required to track, monitor and report on problems that emerge with user onboarding and post-deployment technology adoption.

The contract duration will run for up to 6 months in the intial instance, with likely extension thereafter. It will be remotely based during the lockdown period.

Key tasks and deliverables will include:
  • Track and assist in the coordination and synchronization of end user issues
  • Act as a point of contact to coordinate problem resolution
  • Coordinate continuous improvement activities with relevant service delivery organizations
  • Coordinate post-deployment check-ups with users to identify challenges with adoption.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • University Degree or College Diploma.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Coordinator.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in each of the following routine tasks:
  1. Developing work breakdown structures
  2. Coordinate tasks and deliverables among project team members
  3. Developing, maintaining and updating project schedules
  4. Developing project status reviews.
