Complete onboarding automation projects and manage data offloading processes.

Job description

Position: Application Developer
Location: Salem, OR / Remote
Duration: 4 Months with possible extension

ODOE seeks an experienced developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Model-Driven Apps and Portals), Power Automate, and .NET to support a range of initiatives. These include closing down the Wildfire Program, updating the Grid Resilience Grant application, completing a critical onboarding automation project, modernizing the public comment submission system, improving the IT Help Desk case management system, and reducing long-term Dataverse storage costs through optimized data handling and offloading.

Scope of Work

The selected consultant will work collaboratively with the ODOE Information Services team and business stakeholders to deliver the following:

Grid Resilience Grant Application and Wildfire Development
Review & Completion of Employee Onboarding Automation
Public Comments Portal Review and Modernization
IT Help Desk Case Management Improvements
Dataverse Optimization and SQL Data Offloading

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Automate, and Power Platform. Proficiency in Power Apps Portals and Dataverse schema optimization. Experience with .NET (C#) for backend integrations and service extensions. Demonstrated ability to produce form-driven PDF documents via automated workflows.
