Job description

The Role

As the Marketing CRM Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our CRM and other marketing platforms. You will support marketing campaign execution, data management, automation workflows, reporting, and help ensure our CRM supports the broader marketing and sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain our marketing CRM system, including contact and company management, data enrichment, and system configuration
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring models
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams to align CRM usage across departments
  • Segment customer data for targeted marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate CRM-related reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure CRM system integrity
  • Support integration of CRM with other platforms and tools used by marketing and sales
  • Train internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and usage

Job Requirements
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in a Marketing or CRM management role
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with either HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, marketing automation, and lead management
  • Experience with email marketing tools, form builders, and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with data hygiene practices and managing large datasets in the system and through manual manipulation in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points
  • HubSpot or Salesforce certification
  • Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, or third-party middle-ware tools like Zapier
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
