This is a remote position.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management system (Odoo preferred). This role is essential in ensuring that our customer and sales data is accurate, our teams are equipped with the right tools and insights, and our workflows are continuously improved for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency with CRM systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication capabilities to support cross-functional collaboration and growth.
Manage and maintain the Odoo CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Customize and configure the CRM platform based on evolving business needs.
Create and manage workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and reports for various departments.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM usage with organizational goals.
Monitor user adoption and provide training, support, and documentation for team members.
Identify areas of improvement in CRM usage and recommend automation or process optimization.
Develop and maintain best practices for CRM data entry, lead management, and communication logs.
Collaborate with the technical team or external Odoo consultants for system upgrades, integrations, or troubleshooting.
Ensure proper data segmentation for campaigns, performance tracking, and reporting.
Monitor key CRM metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Proven experience working with CRM platforms; Odoo CRM experience strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or business systems administration.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data structures, and workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data integrity.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in generating and interpreting reports and dashboards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with varying priorities.
Experience with system customization and third-party integrations is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Experience with Odoo CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing Automation, Helpdesk, or Inventory.
Familiarity with API integrations, CRM migrations, or data imports/exports.
Background in marketing or sales operations.
Basic understanding of Python or technical workflows in Odoo (not required, but a bonus).
