RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure the integration (onboarding) of new clients after the Kick-off, in accordance with the contracted scope or specific requests, while adhering to governance and established processes.
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding technical and general inquiries about financial statements.
· Review the accounting closings performed by the team, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, deadline, and legal standards.
· Review and sign the financial statements of clients in your portfolio, as well as review and sign as the accountant responsible for the annual ECD and ECF of clients under your responsibility.
· Ensure the closing process for clients under the Real Profit tax regime, reviewing the LALUR before submitting IRPJ and CSLL tax payment forms.
· Train the team in performing their tasks by providing technical and behavioral training and guidance.
· Assess, research, recommend, and implement process changes or innovations to improve services or team performance.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in people management
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting
· Advanced/Fluent English (will be tested in the interview)
· Experience with Accounting BPO companies
· Knowledge of ECD, ECF, CPC, and LALUR calculation
· Active CRC
· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
NICE TO HAVE:
· MBA in Controllership or Accounting
· Experience with tools such as Domínio
· Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
