RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee AR operations, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
  • Lead client negotiations on sensitive or high-impact accounts.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow and revenue forecasts.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of aging reports, identifying trends and risks.
  • Drive improvements in collection strategies, KPIs, and systems.
  • Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, sales, and finance teams.
  • Mentor and support development of junior and mid-level analysts.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Hands-on & proactive attitude (a must!).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (or pursuing).
  • Experience managing full AR cycle and dealing with delinquent accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution.
  • Results-driven with strong deadline management.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar).
  • Advanced English (assessed during interviews).

  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
