RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee AR operations, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
Lead client negotiations on sensitive or high-impact accounts.
Monitor and optimize cash flow and revenue forecasts.
Perform in-depth analysis of aging reports, identifying trends and risks.
Drive improvements in collection strategies, KPIs, and systems.
Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, sales, and finance teams.
Mentor and support development of junior and mid-level analysts.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

Hands-on & proactive attitude (a must!).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (or pursuing).
Experience managing full AR cycle and dealing with delinquent accounts.
Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution.
Results-driven with strong deadline management.
High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar).
Advanced English (assessed during interviews).

Knowledge of Power BI.
