Job description

AssetWatch serves global manufacturers by powering manufacturing uptime through the delivery of an unparalleled condition monitoring experience, with a passion to care about the assets our customers care for every day. We are a devoted and capable team that includes world-renowned engineers and distinguished business leaders united by a common goal – To build the future of predictive maintenance. As we enter the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking people to help lead the journey.

We move fast, think big, and care deeply about what we’re building—and we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help us scale smarter. In this role, you will be responsible for data management, segmentation, and designing, building, optimizing and analyzing automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support revenue growth. If you're someone who lives for data, loves building systems that run like clockwork, and gets a thrill from seeing the right message hit the right inbox at the right time—you’re going to fit right in.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and operate our marketing automation platform—Hubspot
  • Build, test, and launch automated campaigns across email, web, and more
  • Create lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and scoring models to support initiatives across all lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales to align messaging and goals
  • Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on real data
  • Build out reports and dashboards for the marketing team in Hubspot to create more visibility into the different marketing channels performance
  • Work with system admins to keep our CRM (Salesforce) in sync and clean so sales always has what they need
  • Stay on top of data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and make sure we’re always in the clear
  • Continuously optimize workflows to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Provide training and support for team members on email, automation, campaign best practices and tools
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and RevOps team on implementing new tools

Who You Are:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
  • A knack for solving problems with smart workflows, not manual work
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple initiatives on track in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytics skills—you don’t just report metrics, you find stories in the data
  • A solid understanding of the full lead lifecycle and what makes a campaign click
  • Experience working closely with marketing, sales, ops, and product teams
  • Comfortable navigating a variety of marketing and sales tools—and quick to pick up new ones when the stack evolves
  • Bonus points if you can write a little HTML or have marketing platform certifications
