About the Role

TailorCare is seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead the company’s B2B marketing efforts for health plans and providers across all channels. This role will own and evolve TailorCare’s marketing strategy, brand presence, campaigns, and content development.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and collaborating closely with senior leadership, sales, clinical, and external communications teams. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare marketing experience and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy to support TailorCare’s brand visibility and business growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, with oversight of marketing KPIs, tools, and budget
  • Serve as a key voice on TailorCare’s positioning, differentiation, and messaging across stakeholders
B2B & Provider Marketing
  • Develop B2B marketing strategies targeting payers, risk-bearing providers, and employers to support enterprise sales and lead generation
  • Own the creation of marketing collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and tailored messaging by persona and market segment
  • Design provider-facing recruitment, engagement, and retention campaigns in collaboration with Provider Relations
Campaigns, Content, and Brand Development
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, PR, and thought leadership
  • Launch and manage TailorCare-owned direct media channels featuring healthcare leaders, providers, and patient stories
  • Host virtual and in-person forums, summits, and events to build community and elevate TailorCare’s visibility
Content Strategy & Storytelling
  • Own and oversee the company’s content roadmap, including articles, white papers, email nurture streams, and social content
  • Lead high-quality copywriting and ensure brand voice consistency across all materials
  • Translate industry trends and clinical innovation into compelling stories for health plan and provider audiences
Digital Presence & Brand Oversight
  • Manage and optimize TailorCare’s web domains (including TailorCare and RecoveryOne) for clarity, conversion, and SEO performance
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, and live experiences
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines and creative standards
External Communications & Thought Leadership
  • Lead public relations and media strategy, including press releases and executive visibility
  • Collaborate with Sales, PR, and the Executive Team to elevate TailorCare’s presence in healthcare media, conferences, and digital platforms
Insights, Analytics & Market Intelligence
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks for marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and growth trends
  • Stay ahead of industry and competitive trends to guide TailorCare’s go-to-market evolution

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B healthcare marketing, with experience in payer or provider marketing required
  • Proven success building and scaling marketing teams and functions in startup or growth-stage companies
  • Exceptional storyteller and communicator with experience in brand strategy and executive-level presentations
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, campaign management, and digital tools
  • Strong understanding of value-based care, MSK markets, and digital health landscape
  • Previous experience in marketing to health plans or within a health plan organization is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Bonus: Experience with podcasting, customer forums, or managing provider engagement strategies
