Job description

Were seeking an Digital Marketing & Growth Expert to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across digital channels. This role manages the full growth stack, including paid media (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo, Omnisend), CRO, SEO, and performance analytics. Youll design and test growth experiments, optimize funnels, and collaborate with creative teams to scale eCommerce performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and up-to-date on digital marketing trends, with a strong track record in performance marketing and conversion optimization.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, driving measurable results, and ensuring our marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about growing brands through digital innovation.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

  • This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment.

DAILY TASKS:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.

  • Identify and execute new opportunities in paid search and social to improve CTR, conversions, and CPA across client product lines.

  • Collaborate with Client Success teams to expand ad strategies across additional platforms for existing clients.

  • Conduct keyword research, manage SEO, and set bidding strategies to hit KPIs like ROAS and CPA.

  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve CAC, AOV, and LTV.

  • Optimize conversion funnels by improving landing pages, product pages, and on-site UX.

  • Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools to drive CRO and remove friction points.

  • Track and analyze performance using GA4, manage UTM tagging, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Lead technical and content SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic.

  • Build and manage email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Omnisend focused on engagement and retention.

  • Align creative assets with performance goals in collaboration with design and content teams.

  • Report on performance across all channels with actionable insights and clear recommendations.

  • Maintain certifications and apply best practices in Paid Search, Social, and cross-channel strategy.

  • Stay current on platform updates, eCommerce trends, and new marketing tools to drive results.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience in digital advertising and media buying

  • Proven success managing Search and DSP campaigns with strong performance outcomes

  • Deep understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.

  • Strong experience with: Google Ads / Microsoft Ads, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms

  • Analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills able to engage and advise clients

  • Proficient in budget forecasting, pacing, and performance analysis

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
