The Opportunity

We're looking for a forward-thinking Growth Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty marketing team. This is a fully remote position based in the US (open to all states) that reports to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Growth Engine Builder: Help design and optimize our multi-channel demand generation machine, including email nurture campaigns, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Digital Marketing Strategist: Own our digital marketing programs from strategy to execution, driving targeted awareness and leads.
  • Martech Enthusiast: Leverage HubSpot effectively, contributing to campaign workflows that ensure our marketing efforts run smoothly.
  • Technology Champion: Assist in evaluating and implementing new marketing tools and AI solutions (like Clay, Lemlist, Trigify) that amplify our capabilities.
  • Analytics Powerhouse: Track and analyze marketing funnel metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, and program ROI.
  • ABM Strategist: Partner with Sales to execute account-based programs that generate interest with target accounts.
  • Event & Trade Show Coordinator: Partner on managing several trade shows per year, including planning, execution, and measuring ROI of our in-person marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology, with a track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns and performance marketing initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot) and email marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Experience planning, executing, and measuring trade show and event marketing strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to make strategic decisions based on marketing metrics.
  • Experience with or interest in leveraging AI tools for marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to create compelling marketing messaging.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (DevOps/Engineers) is a significant plus.
