The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our EU sales team. In this hunting role, you’ll work alongside an SDR to build a strong pipeline, close deals, and contribute directly to Sprinto’s growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to closure—selling into fast-growing SaaS companies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospects’ compliance needs and pain points
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure
  • Partner with SDRs to drive pipeline generation efforts
  • Deliver tailored product demos and value-driven sales presentations
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders and run effective sales processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting
  • Stay up to date with the compliance space and competitive landscape

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • At least 2 years in a quota-carrying, closing role
  • Experience selling to the EU market
  • Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
