The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our APAC+MEA sales team. In this hunting role, you’ll work alongside an SDR to build a strong pipeline, close deals, and contribute directly to Sprinto’s growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to closure—selling into fast-growing SaaS companies.
What You’ll Do:
Run discovery calls to understand prospects’ compliance needs and pain points
Manage the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure
Partner with SDRs to drive pipeline generation efforts
Deliver tailored product demos and value-driven sales presentations
Navigate multiple stakeholders and run effective sales processes
Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting
Stay up to date with the compliance space and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
At least 2 years in a quota-carrying, closing role
Experience selling to the APAC+MEA market
Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
