Check weights based on updates and evaluations against homologation tolerances and design specifications.

Procure and store input data including weights, dimensions, and tank contents.

Identify solutions for weight deviations from homologation tolerances or design limits.

Prepare CAD documentation and manually map and extract analysis data.

Weight management for automotive :
•   Checking weights on the basis of updating and weighing evaluation and comparison with homologation tolerances and Design
•   Procurement and storage of input data ( Weights, VRM, distribution Profiles, dimensions, tank contents ,etc. )
•   Finding solutions for deviations of the determined weights from homologation tolerances or design limitsCAD preparation and
•   manual mapping and extraction of the analysis ( component list with system weights, densities, materials, volumes
