The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the fast-paced and collaborative Service Department. This is an onsite role that is vital to the day-to-day success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers. 🎯

What You'll Be Doing:
πŸ“ž Answering and directing incoming phone calls
🧾 Accurately entering new service requests into the system
πŸ“‹ Providing administrative support to the Service Department
🀝 Acting as a key liaison to an assigned sales team member to help with:

  • Preparing RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, and invoices

  • Communicating with clients and vendors
    🌐 Managing vendor portals used by national accounts and property managers
    🀝 Collaborating with your fellow CSRs to share responsibilities
    βœ… Following a clear job scope for accountability and success
