Covering West Midlands and Staffordshire 

Up to £60,000 per annum

What you’ll do

The role of the Regional Manager is to oversee the delivery of high quality, legally compliant care support services within a designated geographical area, and in such a way that meets the business needs of CCH Group.  You will provide leadership to Branch Managers in the region, which are a mix of domiciliary and extra care schemes.

What you need

We’re looking for an efficient, organised, and experienced Regional Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding community care. You will bring proven leadership and business development experience within a multi-site domiciliary care setting, along with strong budgeting, commercial, and operational management skills. Your ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of high-volume care hours across multiple contracts.

A full driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
